Sandy has been helping buyers and sellers in the Richmond area for 20 years.  She grew up as an Air Force brat moving nine times by the time she graduated from high school in Charlotte, NC.  She learned to adapt quickly and knows how important it is for families with and without children to find the right house, neighborhood and schools so everyone can settle in quickly. 

Sandy has lived in Richmond for over 30 years  in various parts of the city and surrounding counties.    Having seen the transformation of Richmond over the past 30 years, and having a diverse client base, provides her with the knowledge of the many great neighborhoods Richmond offers, both from a buyer’s and a seller’s perspective.

When not working with her clients, Sandy enjoys time with family and friends going to festivals, art events, music events, restaurants,  and local wineries and breweries.  Her community involvement includes supporting the Joyner Community Outreach Programs and the Rotary Club of Powhatan.
